Founded in 1965, Universal Spares (India) Private Limited is located in Delhi, India. It is a manufacturer of telescopic antennas, range of antenna wire, electronic wires, CATV co-axial cables under the brand EVEREST®. Its activities include manufacturing/assembling of wire harness/cable assemblies , moulded cords, terminals , copper lugs, etc using raw materials such as copper rod, aluminum , and PVC resin.

In 1997 it acquired a new cable manufacturing facility in the State of Haryana (India) bordering Delhi.
