It is a manufacturer of custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies, electromechanical assemblies and processed wire. It serves the OEMs and offers contract electrical manufacturing with in-house engineering support, automated equipment and lean manufacturing environment.

Genco serves a wide variety of OEM markets including medical, industrial, power generation, hydraulic lift, agricultural, and transportation. It has cut/strip/terminate/marking equipment, as a result, Genco has the ability to manufacture high volume production runs, but its niche lies in small- to medium-size production runs where quick turnaround is necessary.
