• Shop Floor (WIP) data collection / Traceability

  RF Solutions has networked manufacturing software which athers MRP, warehouse and shop floor WIP, and capacity data as each process is completed, providing real time information on job status for each process. This provides full process control on all resource at each stage resulting in traceability from sales order receipt to dispatch of finished goods. Quality Control is continually monitored being constantly improved, to ensure continued ISO9001:2000 certification.  

• Test 

Test can be carried out to the customer's specific requirements. RF Solutions has a fully equipped development lab for investigation and testing of product(s). It can provide a test kit manufacture service working with the customer to generate a complete procedure.  

• Rework 

RF Solution's ERSA rework station enables the removal of individual I/Cs / rework of individual components, including SMT components (QFP / SSOP etc). Therefore, assemblies with dedicated programmed microcontrollers or programmed devices can be replaced without scrapping the complete assembly.  

• Device Programming 

RF Solutions have developed their own range of PIC In-circuit emulators, it provides in-house programming facilities and are able to program and remark PIC devices.  

• Packaging

Finished product can be customised and packaged ready for direct resale, using cartons, shrink wrap, poly tube, or blister pack. They also have sticker / overlay capability.
