  CABLE ASSEMBLIES: United Microwave Products offers a complete custom cable assembly. Custom Cable Assemblies Types of semi-rigid cable are available: .047, .085, .141 and .250 Outer jacket available in bare copper(Cu), Tin plated(Sn), Silver plated(Ag), and Spline. Air filled and Helix cable are available on special order.   

• MICROFLEX 095(part2) is a miniature flexible cable with the approximate size and electrical characteristics of .085 semi-rigid at a price comparable to an RG-316 with assembly and the flexibility of RG-188. The cable is approximately half the size of RG-142 with 4 to 5 times the flexibility. 
• MICROFLEX 095 has a finished diameter of .095 inch. The cable is designed to offer excellent shielding characteristics and good flexibility while maintaining the attenuation performance of .085 semi-rigid. 
• MICROFLEX 150(part2) is a flexible cable replacementfor the .141 semi-rigid delivering the same electrical performance. The standard hybrid brass housing nut and stainless steel SMA mating end feature a thickwall construction for durability through repeated mating cycles. The coupling nut retracts for visual mating of center conductors. The connector design is such that the core and center conductor becomes an integral part of the SMA connector. The use of MICROFLEX 150 eliminates complicated three plane drawings required with complex semi-rigid designs often allowing one part number to replace several different cables. The flexibility of MICROFLEX 150 also eliminates cracked or broken solder joints caused by misalignment of semi-rigid cables during mating while retaining the electrical performance of 141 semi-rigid. 
• MICROFLEX 165(part2) is designed for isolation and stability under demanding conditions. It features a totally non-magnetic construction with a fused laminated PTFE core. The shielding characteristics are unsurpassed in a flexible cable. MICROFLEX 165 has a finished diameter of .165 inch while the SMA connectors are PASSAVATED stainless steel with a thick wall design for durability and repeated mating cycles. The inner conductor and core became an integral part of SMA connector for better VSWR and electrical characteristics.
• MICROFLEX 165 cable assemblies are designed to provide maximum durability, shielding and electrical performance under extreme handling along with vibration and enviromental exposure. Microflex 165 Cable Assemblies may be weather proofed or armored coated 
• MICROFORM 088(part2) is a handformable replacement for the .086 semi-rigid cable. Easily formed by hand, they retain their shape with no spring back. Both are available as pre-made assemblies with SMA, SSMA, SMB or SMC connectors or as bulk cable. MICROFORM 088 cables are economical replacements for custom fabricated semi-rigid cables.  
• MICROFORM 139(part2) is a hand formable replacement for the .141 semi-rigid cable. Easily formed by hand, they retain their shape with no spring back. Both are available as pre-made assemblies with SMA, SSMA, SMB or SMC connectors or as bulk cable. MICROFORM 139 cables are economical replacements for custom fabricated semi-rigid cables.  
• MICROFLEX 155 MlCROFLEX 155 is a new cost effective direct replacement for many of the common RG cables in use today. light duty test cable. For applications requIrIng flexibility at an economical price. 
• MICROFLEX I55 Is the cable of choice. The cable is designed for applications requiring improved electrical performance over the RG cables at a cost-effective price. MICROFLEX 155 replaces cables such as the RG142, RG223, RG400,  or RG58. MICROFLEX 155 is double shielded. A double barrier outer conductor for improved shieldingat hIgh frequency. Useable to 18 GHz and improved electrical characteristics over the RG cables they replaced at a very economical price compared to other modern hi-tech cables. 
• MICROPORE 190 is a new, inexpensive high performance, super low loss cable for applications requiring flexibility and the lowe loss. The cable is non-magnetic and has a double barrier outer conductor for improved shielding. It also features an air-induced dielectric for low loss at high frequency (*up to 18GHz)
