Components and Sensors Segment
CTS designs and manufactures vehicle sensors and actuators used in powertrain, safety, fuel and emissions control systems; ceramic and crystal-based engineered electronic components used primarily in wireless communications infrastructure equipment; piezoelectric materials, heat management and resistive-based components used in medical, defense and aerospace, computer, consumer and industrial equipment applications.
EMS Segment
CTS's Electronics Manufacturing Solutions (EMS) operation specializes in value-added products and services for medical, aerospace and defense, computer and communications markets. It offers custom manufacturing services & turnkey solutions for complex, high mix, medium volume customer needs. CTS EMS offers contract manufacturing for OEMs.
CTS's Automotive Products Division also supplies components to the commercial, heavy vehicle and small engine markets with custom sensing and actuating components.
CTS’s Electronic Components Division manufactures a range of frequency control devices, ceramic RF filters/duplexers, EMI/RFI filters, capacitors, switches, rotary and linear potentiometers, resistor and resistor/capacitor networks and heat management components for medical, defense and aerospace, industrial controls, power management, communications, computer and electronic networking.
CTS’ sElectronic Manufacturing Solutions (EMS) Division manufactures and supplies custom circuit boards, connectors and backplanes, The EMS group offers customized services such as; new product introductions (NPI), design services, test engineering, supply chain management and repair capabilities. Through its EMS Division, CTS is serving major manufacturers of electronic devices in the computer, communications, medical, defense and aerospace and industrial markets.
It has manufacturing sutes in USA, Mexico, China, UK, Czech Republic, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. CTS manufacturing operations have received ISO-9001, QS-9000, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949 and/or BABT PS 340 Certifications.
