The supplier will submit a Certificate of Compliance (COC), typed and signed by a responsible representative of the company, stating that all materials, processes, and/or finished components supplied under this purchase order meet the applicable specifications.
EEE parts on this order shall be procured only from the original component manufacturers or their franchised distributors.
The COC shall contain all applicable part/specification numbers. Lot and/or date code shall be referenced on the COC. For each lot or cable in each shipment, a certified test report or copy thereof shall be included.
The test report shall, at a minimum include a record of the physical, chemical, or electrical (and in the case of RF cable, electronic) inspections and test conducted to satisfy the acceptance requirements of applicable specifications, and shall include a numerical results when applicable.
For cable shipments, these requirements apply to both basic and finished cable. If procurement of item(s) is from a distributor include the objective evidence of the true manufacturer of the item as well as the CAGE Code.
All shipping containers shall be visibly marked with “SPACE FLIGHT HARDWARE” on the exterior of the container. MSFC QA will verify COC, receipt of quantity ordered and receipt, condition and compliance with the above requirements. Inspect for and document any shipping damage.
