It designs, manufactures and can source custom cables and other specialty cables.The custom cable manufacturing facility is located in Mississauga, Ontario, to serve domestic industries and the North American Market.

It works with its customers to provide preliminary designs or the final manufacturing for Custom cable assembly and wiring harness.  

• Value Added Services

Customcable.ca offers a host of value added services to their customers including wire cutting and stripping, tube and sleeve cutting, ribbon and flat cable processing, sleeve marking, component sourcing and contract cable manufacturing.   

• JIT and Kanban Programs

Custom cable’s team works closely with their clients to deliver service, whether it is the design, prototyping or final manufacturing phase of the product development.  

• Live Inventory Management

This is a web based service that allows customers to: Live Monitoring of stock and inventory levels; Documentation (engineering drawings, BOM, images, special notes etc) management options for each individual item; Ability to send out alerts on pre-set indicators (Stock Monitoring, documentation updates etc.); Design fully customizable product kits in a few clicks only; and Quick ordering and real-time freight estimates.  

• Component Sourcing

Customcable resells a large variety of connectors and components from their stock.
